    6. Visual Identity. We do not want to hamper the creative process or licensee’s flexibility in developing marketing materials . We encourage licensees to develop their own unique brand identities in keeping with the guidelines set out herein. All materials, design concepts etc. are considered on a case by case basis by the client for feedback. Generally acceptable standards are below:
      1. Iconic Imagery: Licensees may incorporate subtle references to Einstein’s iconic features (e.g., wild hair, mustache, or E=mc²), ensuring they are used tastefully and not trivialized.
      2. Typography: Use of bold, clean fonts to convey modernity and credibility, paired with handwritten elements to reflect Einstein’s personal warmth and creativity.
